Procurement of training materials for DAE Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and Instrumentation Technologies under construction courses at Government College of Technology Boys, Gujranwala. The estimated procurement amount is Rs. 947,578 and bid security is Rs. 47,379. Procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under prevailing PPRA rules. Eligible bidders, firms and contractors must be registered for income tax and sales tax with the relevant government departments and must have active NTN and GST taxpayer status, unless an applicable exemption is supported by documentary proof. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 29 October 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day. Bid rates must be written in figures and words. Bid security in favour of the Principal, Government College of Technology Boys, Gujranwala, must be uploaded through the electronic procurement system.
