Annual Electrical Mechanical Water Supply Maintenance Tender Notice

Description

Annual repair and maintenance of completed water supply schemes in District Shangla for financial year 2026-27, covering electrical and mechanical maintenance work. The estimated cost is PKR 2,000,000, with earnest money of PKR 44,000 including stamp duty. Bidding is conducted through the EPADS portal under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Eligible firms and contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration, KPRA registration and Federal Board of Revenue registration. Mandatory documents include approval certificate from the Superintending Engineer PHE Circle Swat, renewed Electrical Inspector licence, HL department enlistment, PEC codes CE-09, EE-04, EE-05, ME-05, ME-07 and EE-11, active KPRA status, CNIC of workshop owner, and a stamped and signed list of available machinery and equipment. The bid security must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt equal to 2% of the estimated cost in favour of the procuring officer, together with applicable stamp duty. Additional bid security is required for bids below the engineer estimate in accordance with KPPRA Rules. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from opening, and scanned mandatory documents must be uploaded electronically. The original bid security must reach the office by registered courier before the deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-28 and will open at 11:30 AM the same day. Late, incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected, and the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
