Supply - installation - commissioning and maintenance of a Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery instrumentation system under Package No. 06 Lot-D on a DAP basis for a cancer treatment and research institute in Lahore. The estimated procurement cost is approximately PKR 19 million, bid security is PKR 380,000, and bid validity is 180 days.
