Description
Procurement and installation of a 20 KVA solar system comprising a 15 KVA and 5 KVA hybrid solar system at a Government Boys Higher Secondary School, with an estimated cost of Rs.3,000,000 and 2% bid security of Rs.60,000. Eligible distributors, authorized dealers and firms or companies registered with relevant registration and tax authorities may participate. Procurement follows Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must include the required documents and bid security through the prescribed e-Procurement procedure. The delivery time is 30 days. Bidding documents are available free of cost. In case of a holiday, internet outage, electricity failure or other calamity beyond the authoritys control, opening will take place on the next working day.
