Procurement Of Gym Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of gym equipment with an estimated cost of Rs.9,174,250 and fixed bid security of Rs.183,485. Eligible vendors and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments or relevant authorities may participate. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA-2014. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications are available free of cost. E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System and hard copies are not required. Bid security is required electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the manner prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement, with proof attached to the bid, and physical financial instruments such as CDR or Bank Guarantee are not accepted. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. A pre-bid meeting is provided through the Supply Chain Department. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
