Conversion Of Toyota Hiace Into Ambulances Tender Notice
Description
Conversion of Toyota Hiace Deluxe High Roof Commuter Diesel 2.8L vehicles into ambulances, including fabrication, branding and provision of medical equipment for the Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible manufacturers, sole agents, sole importers of foreign principals, medical equipment manufacturers, importers, authorized agents or distributors and general order suppliers must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPR-2014. Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost of quoted items and is to be submitted through the Bank of Punjab with the Technical Proposal. Items must be quoted with both brand and generic names. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. Hard copies are not required. Pro Tip: Ensure the technical and financial proposals clearly identify both brand and generic names and verify that the bid security is submitted through the prescribed electronic process.
