Conversion Of Toyota Hiace Into Ambulances Tender Notice

Conversion of Toyota Hiace Deluxe High Roof Commuter Diesel 2.8L vehicles into ambulances for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore during financial year 2026-27, including fabrication, branding and provision of medical equipment. E-bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents, sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading, medical equipment manufacturers, importers, authorized agents or distributors and general order suppliers registered on Punjab e-Procurement and with relevant registration and tax authorities. The estimated cost is Rs. 8,000,000 and 5% bid security is required through the Bank of Punjab in accordance with the specified notification. Bids must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure by 30 September 2026 at 11:00 am and will be opened the same day at 11:30 am. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. Items must be quoted with both brand and generic names and hard copies of e-bids are not required. The procurement covers ambulance conversion, vehicle fabrication, branding and medical equipment installation.
