Description
Procurement of BMT consumables under a framework contract. Eligible original manufacturers, sole distributors of foreign principals, distributors of sole distributors of manufacturers and other authorized suppliers must provide verifiable authorization and be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. The estimated amount is Rs.13.76 million and bid security is Rs.275,342, equal to 2% of the estimated amount. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA-2014. E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System and hard copies are not required. Delivery terms are DDP PKLI & RC Lahore. Bid security must be paid through a PSID generated via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. A pre-bid meeting is provided through the Supply Chain Department. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
