Supply Of Laboratory Glassware And Consumables Tender Notice

Framework contract for procurement of laboratory glassware and consumables for financial year 2026-27 by Drugs Testing Laboratory Punjab, Bahawalpur, with an estimated cost of Rs. 4,997,750. Bids are invited on a Delivered Duty Paid basis from registered suppliers, firms, companies and distributors with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Bidding documents containing specifications are available free of cost through the Punjab E-Procurement System and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount of each quoted lot must be submitted digitally through the Punjab E-Procurement System before the submission deadline, with separate security required for each package or lot. Bid validity is 180 days from the bid opening date. Open competitive bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Evaluation will be conducted lot-wise, and the lowest evaluated bid will be awarded the contract. Bids must be uploaded and submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System; the bidder is responsible for timely successful submission.
