Bulk purchase of laboratory kits and chemicals in the second phase on framework contract basis for Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi, for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs.121,971,740 and 2% Bid Security is stated as Rs.2,439,435. The procurement is intended from experienced firms registered for GST, PST, Income Tax and e-PADS. Bidding Documents are available free of cost through the PPRA website and e-PADS. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS by 10:30 AM on 24 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure will be adopted and the procurement will be governed by PPRA Rules and e-PADS requirements. Bid Security is required in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee in the name of the Medical Superintendent.
