Framework Contract For Laboratory Reagents Chemicals And Med Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of laboratory reagents, chemicals, medical devices and laboratory consumables for FY 2026-27. Procurement categories comprise Diagnostic Screening Tests and Test Strips; Blood Specimen Collection Tubes and Vials; Laboratory Reagents and Quality Control Materials; Laboratory Consumables and Disposables; Small Laboratory Equipment and Accessories; Chemistry Analyzer on Reagent Rental Basis; and CBC Analyzer on Reagent Rental Basis. Total estimated budget is Rs.18,900,000 with bid security at 2% of estimated cost. Eligible participants include manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors and suppliers with documented experience of supplying laboratory items to at least one hospital having a minimum capacity of 150 beds. Open Competitive Bidding through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Bid security must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement and physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. E-bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 16 October 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
