Bulk purchase of Lab Kits and Chemicals for the second phase on framework contract basis for Financial Year 2026-27 at Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi. The estimated tender value is Rs. 121,971,740 and bid security is 2% amounting to Rs. 2,439,435 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee in the name of the Medical Superintendent. Eligible firms must be experienced in the relevant field and registered for GST, PST and Income Tax and on E-PADS. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 10:30 AM on 24 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure applies.
