Vendor Registration Medicine Surgical Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Walk-in registration of vendors for local purchase on day-to-day basis for medicines, surgical and disposable items. Vendors may register for Local Purchase Day to Day (LPDD) and Limited Purchase through Quotations (LPQ). Interested vendors may obtain bidding documents through the Purchase Cell against a written application on original firm letterhead, copy of CNIC and non-refundable tender fee of Rs.2,000. Bid security of Rs.50,000 is required in the form of Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bidding documents containing terms and conditions must be submitted at the interview and no bids will be accepted without the Performance Guarantee. For LPDD vendors, the pharmacy location must be within a 10 KM radius of the hospital. Procurement decisions will be made under amended PPRA Rules. Pro Tip: Prepare the original firm letterhead application, CNIC copy, Rs.2,000 tender fee, Rs.50,000 Bank Guarantee and required Performance Guarantee, and confirm the pharmacy-location requirement if applying for LPDD registration.
