Auction Of Experimental Animals At Layyah Institute Tender Notice
Description
Auction of experimental animals at Para Veterinary Institute, Layyah through a sealed single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure in Pakistani rupees under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The estimated price is Rs. 503,400 and refundable bid security is Rs. 25,170 representing 5% of the estimated price, payable through Bank Guarantee, Bank Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque in favor of the Treasurer. Bidders must be income tax and CNIC holders and must appear with original CNIC. The sealed bids shall be submitted physically and opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bid validity is 120 days. The successful bidder must deposit the bid money and applicable Income Tax at 10% or 20% according to the approved or highest bid amount and must collect the auctioned material on the same day. University employees and their family members are not eligible to participate.
