Underground Electrical Network Supply Installation Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of an 11kV underground network including 11kV Ring Main Units, pad-mounted transformers, kiosk substations, medium voltage cables and a low voltage network including distribution boxes and low voltage cables. Procurement shall be completed under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. A single package containing separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed, stamped and conforming to the tender document, must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the bids, and taxes shall be deducted according to government rules. The bids shall be opened electronically on the specified date and time.
