Prequalification Of Event Arrangement Service Providers Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification for hiring various services including arrangements for National and Religious Events, Public Meetings, arrival of Local and Foreign Delegations and Cricket Teams, and Government Meetings. Applicants may participate in one or more lots or categories. Lot 1 covers provision and installation of temporary lights and generators - Lot 2 covers furniture and tentage services, canopies, waiter services, marquee installation and air conditioning arrangements - Lot 3 covers preparation, printing and installation of digital portraits, flex banners, streamers, Pakistani and foreign flags and other publicity material - Lot 4 covers refreshment packages, lunch boxes, dinner, Hi-Tea and other refreshments - Lot 5 covers office stationery and general-purpose items - Lot 6 covers IT equipment. The estimated prices are inclusive of all taxes and range from PKR 100 million to PKR 950 million. Prequalification and subsequent bidding shall be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prequalification is valid initially for one year and may be extended for up to two further years subject to satisfactory performance and approval.
