Arrangements for Sports Festival 2026 by Municipal Committee Jhelum, with an estimated cost of Rs. 5,000,000 and earnest money of Rs. 250,000. The procurement shall use the single-stage single-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to eligible bidders registered with the relevant registration and tax authorities. Bids must be submitted through e-PADS and accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR or Pay Order from the Bank of Punjab in favor of the Municipal Committee.
