Execution of development schemes including construction and rehabilitation of road with allied works from Talagang Road to Fruit Mandi Road Chakwal with estimated cost Rs. 32,093,000 and 5% bid security Rs. 1,604,650 - construction of street and drains near Royal College 3 Marla Scheme Road Chakwal with estimated cost Rs. 5,825,000 and 5% bid security Rs. 291,250 - construction of 2 toilet blocks at Hospital Road Chakwal with corrected estimated cost Rs. 1,414,000 and corrected earnest money Rs. 70,700 - construction of Main Street from Tehsil Chowk to Gulberg Town Chakwal with estimated cost Rs. 3,292,000 and 5% bid security Rs. 164,600. The procurement shall use the single-stage one-envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System only. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including FBR, PRA and the Punjab e-Procurement System and possess valid NTN or PNTN and Active Taxpayer Status. Bid security shall be 5% of the estimated cost of each scheme. Item-wise unit rates must be quoted according to the BOQ and bidding documents. Conditional, incomplete, late, misleading or improperly secured bids shall be rejected. The bid validity is 120 days from opening.
