Procurement Mri Machines Teaching Hospitals Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 2 MRI machines for Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat and Mayo Hospital Lahore, with an estimated price of PKR 996.616 million for both machines. E-bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents and sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading and registered on the e-Procurement System and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Bidding shall follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted online and will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM. Bid security of 1% of the estimated cost of quoted items or lots must be submitted electronically. Items must be quoted in the technical and financial proposals with both make and model. Hard copies are not required. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15-09-2026 at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of SHC&MED. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected, wrongly submitted or incorrectly lot-submitted e-bids shall be rejected.
