Hospital Machinery Repair And Annual Maintenance Contract Tender Notice
Description
Operational management contract for repair and annual maintenance, including spare parts, of hospital machinery at Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, Dera Ghazi Khan, for financial year 2026-27. Covered equipment includes Dr X-ray machines, C-arm machines, ultrasound and colour Doppler machines, mobile X-ray machines, ventilators, anaesthesia machines, reverse-osmosis plants, steam sterilizers, fluoroscopy machines, laparoscopy machines, solar systems and other equipment detailed in the bidding documents. The contract period is one year, extendable for a further year on the same terms and conditions. Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement system and with the relevant registration and tax authorities. Bidding documents are available through the Punjab PPRA, Punjab e-procurement portal and the hospital website. Bidding follows the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items or lots is required in an accepted form, including bank draft, bank guarantee, CDR, demand draft, pay order or banker’s cheque. The original security must be submitted by bid opening in addition to the uploaded copy. Bids must state both brand and generic names, and bid validity is 120 days from opening. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Bids close on 16 November 2026 at 10:30 AM and open the same day at 11:00 AM. Technically responsive bids will be evaluated against the specified criteria.
