Supply of wrapping material for silage under the Silage Project, comprising Lot 1 wrapping film for big bales of 1 ton with 50 rolls, thickness 23-25 micron, width 750 mm, roll length 1500-1650 meters, weight 28-30 kg, UV protection warranty of 1 year, elasticity 70% and local or imported type, with estimated amount Rs. 1,830,000; Lot 2 wrapping film for small bales with 300 rolls, thickness 22-25 micron, approximate roll weight 10 kg, UV protection warranty of 1 year, elasticity 70% and local type, with estimated amount Rs. 2,740,000; and Lot 3 inner net for big bales of 1 ton with 5 rolls, width 1250 mm, roll length 3000 meters and imported type, with estimated amount Rs. 300,000. Total estimated cost is Rs. 4,870,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated amount. Bidding shall use the single-stage two-envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must upload the required bid security in favor of Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board. Bids must be submitted and opened at 03:30 PM.
