Description
Construction of PCC pavement, tuff tiles, sewerage, disposal and water supply scheme for Chak No. 19/1-AL, Akhtar Abad, Tehsil Renala Khurd, District Okara. The estimated cost is Rs. 187.638 million and bid security is Rs. 9,381,893 representing 5% of the bid cost. Bids are invited from contractors or firms registered with FBR, PRA with NTN and PNTN, PPRA and the e-Procurement registration system, with PEC category C4 and above and specialized codes CE-01, CE-09 and CE-10. The procurement shall use the single-stage two-envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with only technically responsive bidders proceeding to financial bid opening. Bids must be submitted and opened at 11:30 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer. A pre-bid meeting for clarification is scheduled for 16-09-2026 at 10:00 AM. Rates must be quoted against each DNIT or BOQ item rather than as a percentage, and incomplete financial bids shall be non-responsive. Bid validity is 90 days and a performance guarantee is required from the successful bidder.
