Rehabilitation of sewerage and drainage scheme at Ward 3 and 4, Mandialy, Tehsil Ferozewala, District Sheikhupura under deposit work for financial year 2026-27, with an approved cost of Rs. 38,873,330 and 5% earnest money of Rs. 1,943,666. The procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under the single-stage two-envelope procedure, with separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license for the relevant category and specialization codes CE01, CE09 and ME06 for 2026-27 and must be registered on EPADS 2.0. Digital bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory and must be verifiable through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Item-wise rates must be quoted and incomplete or unfilled bids shall not be entertained. Technical and financial bids must be submitted through EPADS and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM.
