Supply of goods and store items for the procuring entity, Lahore Cantt for financial year 2026-27, comprising Thermal Shrink Cutting, quantity 3.10 million as stated in the notice, with estimated price Rs. 142,000; dry wood for boiler fuel for vaccine production, quantity 400 mound, with estimated price Rs. 0.88 million; 5ml complete-set glass vials, quantity 1,054,000, with estimated price Rs. 22.10 million; Thermopore packing, quantity 4,300, with estimated price Rs. 1.50 million; Fetal Calf Serum, quantity 30 litre, with estimated price Rs. 3.90 million; nitrile gloves, quantity 400 packs, with estimated price Rs. 0.78 million; latex examination gloves, quantity 370 packs, with estimated price Rs. 0.65 million; and proficiency testing for RBT, pH of water and ND HAI, quantity 1 each, with estimated price Rs. 1.25 million. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall apply. Bid security of 2% of total estimated cost in the form of CDR, Banker's Cheque or Bank Guarantee in favour of Director, VRI Lahore is required to be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System with the technical bid. All e-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. Successful bidder must deposit 5% of total bid amount as performance guarantee before award of supply order.
