Description
Repair and renovation of Fine Arts Department toilets at the specified site, with an estimated cost of Rs. 768,400 and 5% bid security of Rs. 38,420, with a completion time of 1 month. Bidding shall be conducted exclusively through e-PADS under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6, GST, FBR, PRA, Professional Tax and e-PADS, with PEC license and relevant code valid up to 30 June 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically and opened on the same day at 11:00 AM; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security must be deposited through the Punjab e-Procurement System. If the lowest bid is more than 5% below DNIT, the bidder must deposit the difference as additional performance security within 10 days. Bids must be uploaded as PDF files, remain valid for 120 days, and no price variation is admissible. Tendered rates and amounts must be stated in figures and words, conditional tenders will not be accepted, and the successful contractor must execute the agreement within 7 days of the acceptance letter. Required quality-control tests shall be conducted at the contractor's expense.
