Procurement Portable Suction Machines Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of 50 portable suction machines for PKLI Lahore, with an estimated amount of Rs. 4,250,000 and bid security of Rs. 85,000 equal to 2% of the estimated amount. E-bids are invited only from original manufacturers, authorized exclusive distributors of foreign manufacturers or authorized distributors of manufacturers in Pakistan, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope least-cost basis procedure under PPRA 2014. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications are available free of cost from the PKLI tender website and Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Hard copies are not required and physical financial instruments such as CDR or bank guarantee will not be accepted. Delivery terms are DDP PKLI Lahore and bid validity is 180 days from opening. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 17-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the meeting room of the Supply Chain Department, PKLI&RC.
