Supply animal food and medicine comprising 2 items. Procurement shall be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014 through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Only electronic bids are permitted. Bidders must demonstrate 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at 5,000,000 in the previous 2 years, turnover of at least 5,000,000 PKR in 2 subsequent previous years, presence in the Active Tax Payer List, Sales Tax Certificate, non-blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and no joint venture. Bids must include the required Bid Security of 340,000 PKR in the form of Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank and the required bidding document fee.
