Annual Printing And Publication Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Establish an annual framework contract for printing and publication services for Gujranwala Teaching Hospital for FY 2026-2027. Interested firms must have established technical, financial and managerial capabilities for the required services. Procurement will be conducted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement system under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of the Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022, using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. E-bids must contain technical and financial offers inclusive of all applicable taxes and must conform completely to the bidding documents. Bid security of 2% of the estimated amount is required, and the original bid security must be submitted as specified before closing. The successful bidder must sign the contract and furnish Performance Guarantee in the prescribed form.
