Security Guard Services Fisheries Harbour Tender Notice
Description
Hire security services at Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority for one year, extendable for one year on satisfactory performance, for security guards at key points and KoFHA land. The procuring agency invites e-bids from reputed registered security companies holding valid licenses from the Ministry of Interior, Islamabad and Home Office, Government of Sindh. Security guards are required from retired personnel of Pak. Army, Rangers, Mujahid Force, FC and Coastal Guards. Procurement will use the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Pakistan Public Procurement Rules-36(b), with Open Competitive Bidding as the principal method and Least Cost Based Selection technique. A pre-bid meeting is specified at the Committee Room of Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority. Bid Security of PKR 500,000 is required through Pay Order from a Karachi-based scheduled bank in favor of the procuring authority, valid for 148 days; insurance-company security is not accepted.
