Supply Of Fisheries Department Uniforms Tender Notice

Description

Supply of uniforms according to the approved specifications of the Fisheries Department Gilgit-Baltistan for financial year 2026-2027 under the Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Special Initiatives for Development of Fisheries Department. The required Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is PKR 150,000, to be issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Director Fisheries Gilgit-Baltistan and submitted with the financial proposal. The Single Stage One Envelope procedure under the applicable GB PPRA rules and Rule 39(a) of the PPRA Rules, 2004, will be followed. Sealed computerized tenders must be submitted on the firm's letterhead along with attested copies of Form C/H. Bidders must have experience supplying uniforms to a government organization, with preference given to suppliers who have supplied uniforms to law enforcement agencies. Samples of cloth, accessories, stitching, badges, buttons, zippers and other components must be provided for approval before bulk supply. Lot-based bidding will apply. The procuring agency may inspect and test delivered goods and reject items that do not meet requirements; rejected goods must be replaced or corrected free of cost. Offers with rates below or above reasonable prevailing market rates may be rejected. The procuring agency may increase or decrease uniform quantities and may require additional uniform-related items at market rates during financial year 2026-27. In unforeseen circumstances affecting submission or opening, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same place and time. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under the applicable procurement rules. Relevant procurement terminology includes uniform supply, institutional uniforms, fisheries staff uniforms, uniform stitching, badges, clothing accessories and government uniform procurement.
