Supply Of Uniforms For Cadets And Staff Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of uniform items for cadets and staff for Financial Year 2026-27, comprising one winter uniform and one summer uniform per student. The procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Total estimated cost is PKR 20.00 million and Bid Security is 2%, amounting to PKR 400,000, to be submitted through the prescribed digital Bid Security mechanism including 1Link, PSID or Digital Bank Guarantee through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders must be registered on the E-Procurement System and with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Successful bidder must deposit Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of contract value and execute a formal Contract Agreement before issuance of Supply Order. Quoted rates must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable duties, levies and taxes, with statutory deductions made at source.
