Procurement Of Uniforms And Shoes For Special Students Tender Notice
Description
Provision of 462 uniforms comprising 342 boys uniforms and 120 girls uniforms and 308 pairs of shoes comprising 226 boys pairs and 80 girls pairs, including one winter uniform and two summer uniforms per student, for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax must submit electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated cost is PKR 1,500,000 and bid security is PKR 30,000 representing 2% of estimated cost, to be submitted through the prescribed digital mechanism including 1Link, PSID or Digital Bank Guarantee. The successful bidder must furnish a 10% performance guarantee and execute a formal contract before issuance of the supply order. Quoted rates must include applicable duties, levies and taxes, and bid validity is 180 days from publication of the bid evaluation report.
