Procurement Of Uniforms And Shoes For Special Students Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 198 uniforms comprising 126 boys uniforms and 78 girls uniforms, and 136 pairs of shoes comprising 84 boys pairs and 52 girls pairs, including one winter uniform and two summer uniforms per student, for special students for Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage-Single Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Only suppliers registered on the E-Procurement System and with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax are eligible. The estimated cost is PKR 800,000 and bid security is PKR 40,000 representing 5% of estimated cost, to be submitted through the prescribed digital bid security mechanism including 1Link, PSID or Digital Bank Guarantee. All bid documents must be submitted electronically and required bid security must be successfully generated, submitted and verified through the prescribed mechanism. The successful bidder must provide a 10% performance guarantee and execute a formal contract before issuance of the supply order. Rates must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable duties, levies and taxes. Student uniforms, school uniforms, winter uniforms, summer uniforms, shoes and special education clothing supplies are relevant procurement terminology.
