Fuel Lubricants Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Supply fuel and lubricants to Cadet College Karachi for the period from October 2026 to 30 June 2027, renewable if approved. Eligible well reputed, registered and financially sound firms or suppliers on the Active Taxpayer List maintained by FBR may participate. Firms must be registered as general order suppliers, possess valid registration and have experience in supplying the relevant items. Bidders must provide valid registration documents, NTN, GST registration where applicable, relevant experience, bank details and company or firm profile. Rates must include applicable taxes, duties, transportation, loading, unloading and all other charges. Separate bids are required for each category, although one bidder may apply for one or all categories, with each category submitted separately under one envelope. Bidders must furnish an affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted by any Government or Semi-Government Department. Prices must be quoted in Pak Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes, and non-tax-inclusive quotations will not be considered. The bid validity period is 4 months. Incomplete, conditional, late or non-responsive bids will not be considered, and no transportation, carriage or mobilization charges will be paid for supplies to the college. All bid pages must be signed and stamped by the authorized signatory. Samples, specifications or brand standards may be required and supplies must conform to approved specifications and quality standards.
