Dialysis Centre Vendor Services Under Sehat Saholat Card Tender Notice
Description
Hire a vendor for UHI (Sehat Saholat Card) services for the Dialysis Centre for FY 2026-27. Eligible pharmacies must hold a valid Drug Sale License on Form 9 issued by the competent authority and have at least one year experience in sale of drugs, medicines and medical devices including surgical disposable items and dialysis items. The pharmacy location must be within a 10 Km radius of the hospital, with possible relaxation up to a maximum of 20 Km where the competent authorities jointly justify that the existing radius limits effective competition and SHC&MED approves the relaxation on merit. The Single Stage Two Steps bidding procedure will be applied and bids must be uploaded through the e-Procurement portal. Bid Security of Rs.50,000 must be provided with the Technical Proposal through Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque, with the original submitted by the e-Bid opening time in addition to the uploaded soft copy.
