It Equipment Furniture Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Purchase IT equipment and furniture or fixtures for newly created ADC(E) and AACs in District Faisalabad. The IT Equipment lot includes 4 laptops, 1 65-inch Android LED TV and 1 wireless camera and microphone, with an estimated cost of PKR 3,000,000 and bid security of PKR 90,000. The Furniture or Fixture lot includes 4 executive tables, 4 executive chairs, 24 foam chairs, 4 five-seater sofa sets, 4 three-piece glass side table sets and 4 coffee table sets, with an estimated cost of PKR 4,000,000 and bid security of PKR 120,000. Procurement will follow a Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms may participate in one or more lots, with a separate bid and prescribed security for each lot. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and relevant regulatory and professional bodies, possess relevant technical experience and financial capacity, and quote prices in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes. Bid security of 3% of each lot's estimated cost must be deposited through PSID and uploaded with the bid. Successful bidders must furnish a 5% Performance Guarantee.
