Bulk Purchase Biomedical Consumable Accessories Tender Notice

Bulk purchase of consumable disposable accessories of biomedical equipment for Punjab Institute of Neurosciences, Lahore, with a total estimated amount of Rs. 26.45183 million. The procurement will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System and is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Interested firms must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System and submit company profiles covering technical, engineering and managerial capabilities, after-sale services, and past experience or performance. A 2% bid security of the total estimated cost must be submitted online and evidence must accompany the technical bid; proposals without the required bid security will be rejected. Technical and financial requirements are to follow the bidding documents. The bid submission closing time is 11:30 AM on 30 September 2026 and bids will open at 12:00 PM on the same date. All applicable taxes will apply, and the procurement may be scrapped or quantities increased or decreased subject to fund availability and applicable procurement rules.
