Municipal Committee Kharian invites e-bids for rehabilitation of road and drain qadeer chowk to bypass road. Estimated cost is Rs.29.82 million and bid security is Rs.1,490,899, being 5% of estimated cost. Open competitive bidding under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure applies. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System, hold a valid PEC license in the relevant category and have required tax registrations. A fresh affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and non-litigation is required. All lots and items must be quoted where applicable; evaluation is on whole package basis. Item-wise rates are required. Incomplete, ambiguous, unsigned or unstamped bids are non-responsive. Performance guarantee and additional performance security may apply under the stated rules.
