Municipal Committee Kharian invites e-bids for construction of administrator block and offices. Estimated cost is Rs.15.76 million and bid security is Rs.788,000, being 5% of estimated cost. Open competitive bidding under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure applies. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System, hold a valid PEC license in the relevant category and have required tax registrations.
