Re-tender framework contract for purchase of sports items by Police Department CPO Rawalpindi for FY 2026-27. Estimated cost is 3.75 Million and bid security is Rs.75,000. Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Separate technical and financial bids are submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System with rates inclusive of taxes. Bidders must provide NTN, sales tax registration, professional tax, Punjab Sales Tax and income tax certification, Police Character Certificate and required performance certificate. Samples may be required at technical bid opening. Successful bidders supply items within 7 days of supply order and furnish 3% performance guarantee.
