Grain Transport Contractors Prequalification Ajk Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification and registration of contractors for transportation of food grains for financial year 2026 to 2027 under AJK Food Department including submission of updated documents as per government notification dated 10 March 2022 mandatory submission of application along with required documents including proof of AJK domicile registration as individual or company property ownership certificates verified by competent authority bank balance requirements truck ownership with computerized registration and verification from excise and taxation department character certificate from district police affidavit confirming not blacklisted and not associated with flour mills or food department dealers registration in categories A B and C with specified criteria of bank balance property value and number of trucks registration fee submission on prescribed form obtained against non refundable fee of five thousand PKR and evaluation by competent authority failure to submit documents within deadline shall result in cancellation of registration and ineligibility for future tenders
