Prequalification For Establishment Of Hostel Facility For Wo Tender Notice
Description
The Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab, through the Executive Engineer, 4th Buildings Division, Lahore, invites prequalification applications from eligible firms and contractors for establishment of hostel facility for women students at Lahore under ADP No. 3153/2026-27. The approximate cost is PKR 1,851.17 million and the time limit is 18 months. Prequalification is open to firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C1 and above with a valid 2026-27 licence and possessing specialized codes CE10, BC03 and MC03. Applicants must have adequate experience in execution of projects of similar nature, scope and complexity. The prequalification document containing detailed requirements and terms is available to registered bidders through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Applications and supporting documents must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System by 06-10-2026. Additional information or clarification may be sought through the designated clarification section until 29-09-2026. Only prequalified firms or contractors will be invited to participate in the subsequent bidding process. The procurement concerns construction of a hostel facility, building works, civil construction and accommodation infrastructure.
