Rawalpindi Medical University invites item-wise E-Bids for procurement of furniture for FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered on Punjab E-PADS and with FBR, and provide income tax and sales tax certificates, professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27, relevant major supplies and evidence of financial soundness. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Bid security is 2% through Bank of Punjab in favor of Vice Chancellor Rawalpindi Medical University. Conditional, optional, incomplete and non-compliant bids are non-responsive. Bids close 28-09-2026 at 10:30 AM and technical bids open at 11:00 AM.
