Surveillance Security Equipment Tender Notice

Procurement of surveillance and security equipment for FY 2026-27 by Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South), including quadcopters comprising DJI Matrice 4T for night and day surveillance with thermal imaging and DJI Mavic 4 Pro for day surveillance, together with batteries for DJI Matrice 400 RTK - DJI Matrice 350 RTK - DJI Matrice 4T - DJI Mavic 3T - DJI Air 3S - DJI Mavic 3 Classic - and DJI Mavic Air 3. Sealed tenders are invited from firms, original manufacturers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List. Tender documents are available on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000. A refundable CDR of Rs. 10,000 in the name of IGFC Balochistan (South) Turbat is required. Representatives must physically attend the tender with bidding documents on 08 October 2026; tender documents must be deposited before 14:00, technical proposals open at 14:30 and financial proposals at 15:00. Bids for each item remain valid until 31 December 2026. Technical and financial proposals must be placed in separate envelopes within one package. Conditional bids are not accepted. Firms must provide a non-blacklisted affidavit, NTN certificate, financial health affidavit, last year's FBR-vetted tax return, six-month bank statement and owner CNIC. The procurement covers surveillance equipment, thermal imaging quadcopters, day surveillance drones and associated drone batteries.
