Laboratory Reagents Dental Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework rate contract for laboratory reagents and dental items under FY 2026-27. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and is evaluated and awarded separately for each complete quoted lot. For Lot No. 2, eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized importers, distributors or dealers of the relevant goods. The estimated value is PKR 11,060,000 with 2% bid security of PKR 220,000. Bids must be prepared and submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement, with separate bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot in the prescribed form, validity and manner. Prices must include delivery to the hospital and applicable taxes must be stated and treated according to law and bidding documents. The procurement covers laboratory reagents, dental materials and related clinical laboratory and dental supplies.
