General Hospital Consumables Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Framework rate contract for general stores, hospital consumables, equipment and miscellaneous items under FY 2026-27. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and technical responsiveness, financial evaluation and award are determined separately for each complete quoted lot. For Lot No. 6, eligible bidders include duly registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers or general order suppliers, as applicable. The estimated value is PKR 4,000,000 with 2% bid security of PKR 80,000. Bids must be prepared and submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement, with separate bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot in the prescribed form and manner. Prices include delivery to the hospital and applicable taxes are to be treated according to law and bidding documents. The procurement covers hospital consumables, general stores, equipment and miscellaneous healthcare supplies.
