It Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment for the financial year 2026-27 through Punjab e-Procurement on CIF/FOR basis as specified in the bidding documents. Bids are invited from well reputed firms and contractors registered for Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and appearing on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List. The estimated cost is Rs. 7.2 million and refundable bid security is 1% of the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement by 07 October 2026 at 11:00 am and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. Procurement follows Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 as amended under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bid security is to be submitted electronically against the generated PSID. The procurement covers IT equipment, information technology hardware and related institutional computing equipment.
