Bids are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System for procurement of stationery items - printing items - bedding and clothing items - horticulture equipment and items - laundry chemicals and consumables - general store consumable items - general store electrical and plumbing items - general store durable items - X-ray, CT and MRI films - repair of medical laboratory equipment including B-Scan machine for the financial year 2026-2027. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope, Two Stage Bidding under Rule 38(2)(b) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, with bid security of 2% of the estimated amount. Bids must include the prescribed bid security, Integrity Pact, PPRA registration, valid NTN and STRN certificates and other mandatory documents. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred. A bidder may bid for one, several or all items, with award item-wise or category-wise on the lowest evaluated rate. Only electronic submissions are accepted. Bids will be opened at 01:30 PM on the closing date.
