Description

Framework contract for procurement of laboratory items and printing and stationery items for the financial year 2026-27. Lot 1 covers laboratory items with an estimated price of Rs. 1,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 20,000, while Lot 2 covers printing and stationery items with an estimated price of Rs. 1,400,000 and bid security of Rs. 28,000. Bids are invited from manufacturers, experienced firms, companies, and general order suppliers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System with active Federal Board of Revenue status for Income Tax and General Sales Tax. Bidding shall follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and quantities are available free of cost through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. Participation through the e-procurement portal is compulsory, and bidders must submit their profiles, technical bids, and financial bids online before the closing deadline. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price is required and is refundable under applicable Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. If an official holiday occurs on the submission date, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
