Construction of Carpet Road at Basti Siddique Abad, Garah More, with an estimated cost of Rs. 12,800,000 and 5 percent earnest money of Rs. 640,000. Bids are invited from eligible contractors and firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for electronic development works. Contractors and firms must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council for FY 2026-27 where applicable and fulfill eligibility requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically and opened at 1:30 p.m. the same day at District Council Vehari. Bid security must be a digital Bank Guarantee transmitted through SWIFT MT760 via the e-Procurement System; physical CDR, Pay Order and Demand Draft are not accepted.
